Slow down and see the city with fresh eyes this Culture Night. Through a series of quick 45 minute sketching exercises, participants will practise observing their surroundings closely, capturing everything from architectural details to passing pedestrians with speed and instinct rather than perfection.

Whether an experienced sketcher or picking up a pencil for the first time, this relaxed, drop-in session offers an opportunity to observe, experiment and enjoy the creative process. All materials are provided.

No booking required, but participation is limited to 20 people.

Presented in association with Dublin City Council Parks Department, this activity takes place in Mountjoy Square Park.
