Description:
The Ceol Mo Chroí Culture Club is an intergenerational performance and participatory event devised and delivered by Rachel Uí Fhaoláin (Ceol Mo Chroí) and John Ó Faoláin (Traditional Archive Channel). The community are invited to come together in The Book Café i nGuaire from 8pm – 10pm, for an evening of traditional song, film screenings, music, dance, poetry and stories, while supporting the Irish language.
As part of this year's Culture Night programme in Co. Wexford, Rachel and John will also be building on the connections made between North Wexford and North Pembrokeshire following their involvement with Ancient Connections. Ceol Mo Chroí Culture Club embraces the rich multicultural communities that exist in Wexford and continues to explore and connect our cultural similarities.
As an extra feature for this year's Ceol Mo Chroí Culture Club event The Book Café will be offering a menu of teas, coffees, minerals and cakes. Thanks to Ann and Ben for their continued support.
For further information or to get involved please email Rachel at [email protected] or phone 087 2988473.
