in song, poetry (Gaeilge&English), storytelling, working with artists, and cooking demonstrations (boxty, colcannon).

The Potato has been so central to Irish life that we wish to celebrate it!
Recalling preparing seed potatoes for ‘droppin’, to spraying against potato blight, ‘picking’, putting in pits…

Various uses such as; boxty, colcannon….with demonstrations!
Considering modern day ‘potato milk’.
