This Culture Night, TU Dublin’s Faculty of Arts & Humanities welcomes visitors to the East Quad for an evening of visual art, opera, and orchestral music.

The evening marks the opening of the MA Creative Arts Exhibition, showcasing the work of emerging artists across a range of creative disciplines.

Throughout the night, the TU Dublin Vocal Department will present fully staged and costumed operatic scenes, featuring excerpts from Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, and Massenet’s Werther.

Visitors will also have the rare opportunity to attend a rehearsal of the TU Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra ahead of its opening concert of the season, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the preparation of a major orchestral performance.
