Experience our Visual Art Programme curated by Catherine Marshall which includes artists such as Mary A. Kelly, Rachel Parry, Alan Counihan and Alanna O’Kelly.
Check out over 900 colourful diverse pieces created by 9 local primary schools which have been sewn together to create bunting to enhance the streets of Cashel.
Watch out for the Written Word Boards in pop-up locations which will showcase the results of our Creative Writing Workshops with critically-acclaimed writer Adam Wyeth.
An open-air screen will premiere two commissioned films. Come listen to The Good Vibrations Orchestra – a percussion orchestra like no other and then view Cashel; A Century of Decades; a social history documentary which records the changes that have occurred in Cashel since the foundation of the state 100 years ago.
We are delighted to have a special panel discussion and extracts from Adam Wyeth’s forthcoming collection and audio-immersive work ‘about:blank’ which will premiere at this year’s Dublin Theatre Festival.
Join asemic poet, experimental non-fiction writer and editor Michelle Moloney King for a workshop on Experimental Poetry.
Culture Night in Cashel culminates in a special concert with The Henry Girls.
