Cairde Ceol agus Damhsa

Outdoor Session of Traditional Music and Dance

Offline

Cairde Ceol agus Damhsa is a group of 16 local trad musicians which began in the local community tea room in 2016 and has led to musical collaborations in the local hospital for the elderly, annual trips to the Fleadh and St. Stephen’s day visits around the county of Kildare.

Cairde Ceol agus Damhsa wish to play for all the community and with their music and dance bring smiles and laughter to everyone of all ages, focusing on a love of music and craic above competition and profit-making.

The name Cairde Ceol agus Damhsa epitomises what they are about. On Culture Night, join them to listen to their well-practiced tunes and traditional dances. This outdoor session will be approximately 1 hour’s duration, socially distant and masked where possible.
