Bonne Nuit Granard

Knights and Conquests is delighted to be chosen as the hub for a weeklong celebration of Franco-Irish relations. On this the 225th Anniversary of ‘The Year of the French’, our town will once more welcome the French, as Granard hosts a large delegation from East Rouen. Join us on Culture Night as we set the place on fire with tradition music, storytelling, song and dance. We’re having an Irish welcoming party and culture exchange to remember. We’ll be joined by award-winning musicians, storytellers, sean-nós dancers, and signers from John Dungan CCÉ with special guests. So come along in best voice or bring your dancing shoes and join in our Siege of Ennis as we reawaken the olden tradition of ‘Dancing at the Crossroads’.
