'Cherished Captures' an exhibiton by Oliver Gargan

Offline

“The exhibition will be a culmination of the many different areas of photography I love to capture. From landscapes, Urbex (Abandoned Buildings), portraits, and more. I don’t really have a particular genre I prefer over another. Just to grab the camera and go explore my surroundings and see what I capture. I purchased my first camera back in 2013 and I’ve never looked back. Living in a small rural town of Bailieborough, Cavan, has allowed me to appreciate the beauty we often take for granted.” Oliver Gargan

A little about me:

I’m an active member of Breffni Photography Club, based in Virginia, Cavan for 6/7 years. I also love to dabble in videography and some graphic design work. I completed a 2 year Multimedia & Web Development course in Cavan Institute in 2018. I also hold a Licentiate distinction with the Irish Photographic Federation. And this month, I was successful to achieve the distinction “Artist FIAP” (AFIAP) is the first artistic distinction that can be obtained. It is awarded to photographic artists whose artistic qualities, technique and production of work have been acknowledged through the participation in international salons.
