Along the River Shannon Art Exhibition

'Along the River Shannon' art exhibition is hosted by THE BRIDGE Creative Arts Centre, Ballina, Co. Tipperary, a group of amateur artists supported by KBFRC Community Centre & guided by Tipperary ETB who offer self expression mindfulness art courses in Killaloe/Ballina area, have come together to present original art works in acrylics and water colours inspired by the mighty River Shannon otherwise known as the ‘Wise River’.
Their vision was to celebrate our local surroundings by capturing our unique waterways through creative visual artworks. The artworks on display will showcase colourful fishermen boats, stunning river scenes and industrial heritage, a wonderful collection of water-themed paintings along the River Shannon.
‘Along the River Shannon’ in Ballina/ Killaloe is a very pretty place, surrounded by mountains, with a historical stone bridge separating the two villages between the water.
This showcase of works supports local artists in the community.
