A Night of Arabian Dreams invites audiences on a journey through the rich worlds of Middle Eastern dance, live music, and storytelling. Inspired by the tradition of the tales of One Thousand and One Nights, the performance weaves together Bellydance, Saidi, Dabke, contemporary dance, narration, and live darbuka (Arabic drum) rhythms to create an immersive theatrical experience.

Created by dancer and choreographer Mar Decena, this evolving production blends traditional Middle Eastern dance forms with contemporary movement, creating a dialogue between heritage and innovation. Featuring local dancers, live music, and, in its expanded version, a unique fusion of Middle Eastern and Irish dance traditions, the work explores themes of identity, belonging, love, resilience, and imagination.
