8 Fold Artist Studios Official Launch with Open Studio, Tours & Talks

For Culture Night 2023, artists Dee Walsh, Brian Hegarty, Rodney Thornton, Kieran Mc Nulty, Nuala Early and Vivienne Byrne would like to invite the public to join them in celebrating the official launch of their newly branded 8 Fold Artist Studios at 16 Fair Street, Drogheda. This event will mark an important moment in the development of contemporary artist studio spaces in Drogheda. The six artists at 8 Fold Artist Studios, secured this premises as members of the Borrowed Ground Collective in association with Droichead Arts Centre in 2022. The night will encompass an exhibition of new work curated by Dorothy Smyth, curator-in residence at Droichead Arts Centre, with a tour, talks and open studios. We are inviting our local community, fellow artists of all disciplines, art students and culture night audiences to share and celebrate the ‘One Night For All’ with us in our newly branded studio complex.

The tours will be bookable through the Droichead Arts Centre and will be limited to 10 people per tour.
