Regional Ambassadors - Little John Nee – Donegal


Little John Nee is a Donegal playwright, performer and musician, based in the West of Ireland. His plays include The Derry Boat, Rural Electric, Johnny Patterson The Singing Irish Clown, Sparkplug, Radio Rosario and Tea Dance. In 2016 he was elected to Aosdána. In July he toured to several towns and villages in Donegal as part of the Earagail Arts Festival,  performing an outdoor show, Tilt of the Sky. He also created a radio series, The Jumpin’ Inn, for Earagail and The Glens Centre, Manorhamilton. A companion episode is available on the RTÉ Drama on One website.
